“The air coming through my vents stopped and I did some research and I thought it could be one of the components. Since I don't have experience with it, I called a few companies to take a look and a very known local company came out and quoted me almost $20K to replace my entire furnace to a heat pump. They were nice, but clearly just trying to flip a sale.

I called Roth and he came and spent a ton of time doing testing and ruling out different components. Finally, he recommended that I replace the control board, which I had to special order for my old unit and then I installed it myself since it's pretty easy with all the DIY videos on YouTube.
