These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of forthrightclimatecare.com (the "Site"), operated by Forthright Climate Care LLC ("Forthright," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
About us
Forthright Climate Care LLC is a heating, ventilation and air conditioning contractor licensed by the California Contractors State License Board (CSLB), C-20 Warm-Air Heating & Air Conditioning, License #1163069.
Service requests and scheduling
Submitting a request through the Site, by phone or by text is a request for service, not a confirmed appointment. An appointment is confirmed only when we contact you to schedule it. Same-day and emergency service are subject to availability.
Estimates, pricing and work
- Prices, discounts and offers shown on the Site are for general information and may change without notice.
- Final pricing is provided after we inspect your system, and we will give you the price before any work begins.
- All work is governed by the written estimate, invoice or contract you approve, which controls over anything on this Site.
Warranties
Labor warranties described on the Site (including the 2-year labor warranty on qualifying installations and repairs, and the 3-year labor warranty for Premium Comfort Plan members) apply to qualifying work as described in your written paperwork. Equipment and parts are covered by their manufacturers' warranties. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, unauthorized repairs, power problems, or acts of nature.
Comfort Plans
Comfort Plan memberships are billed yearly at the price shown when you join. Plan benefits, discounts and any conditions are set out in your membership agreement, which controls if it differs from the Site. Some benefits, such as the new equipment discount, may have conditions.
Information on this Site
Our Homeowner Guide, FAQs, "Repair or replace?" tool and other content are general information to help you understand your system. They are not a diagnosis, quote or professional advice for your specific situation. Always follow safety guidance: if you smell gas or a carbon monoxide alarm sounds, leave the home and call 911 or your gas company.
Using the Site
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by submitting false information, attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual property
The Site's content, including text, logos, photos and design, belongs to Forthright Climate Care LLC or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Third-party links and services
The Site may link to or use third-party services such as Google and Formspree. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and their own terms apply.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind regarding its content or availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forthright is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under California law that cannot be waived, or our obligations under a written agreement for work we perform.
